As either direct consultant to the owner or as MEP consultant to an architectural prime professional, BDMI has provided engineering services for one of the world’s leading independent oil and gas exploration and production companies with its Gulf, Gulf Coast, and International operations center for over 15 years.
The corporation leases office space in the heart of downtown Houston at 1200 Smith, and includes over 500,000 square feet of office space. The space contains a 5,000 square foot raised floor data center with backup uninterruptible power system, twenty-four hour air conditioning system, executive office suites, conference centers, lunch rooms, and general office areas. Recent design incorporates an upgrade to LEED CI Certification for commercial interiors.
