As either direct consultant to the owner or as MEP consultant to an architectural prime professional, BDMI has provided engineering services for a Fortune 500 company with its headquarters located in Houston for over 30 years.
As the corporation has evolved over the years its headquarters facilities have grown to include office space in various facilities throughout the Houston metropolitan area including office buildings at 800 Bell, 601 Jefferson, 1301 Fannin, 4300 Dacoma, 4400 Dacoma, 4500 Dacoma, 4550 Dacoma, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 Greenspoint Plaza, Greenspoint Park I, Greenspoint Park II, 13401 Rankin Road, 1 Commerce Green and the Greenway Plaza facilities.
It is estimated that over the years BDMI has provided such consulting engineering services for over 3.0 million square feet (and counting) throughout these various facilities to accommodate the changing needs of the company. These services include general MEP infrastructure improvements, ADA upgrades, conference centers, computing and data centers, executive suites, kitchen areas, public areas and general office areas.
