BDMI designed this 41 story 1.2 million square foot office building facility in 1982. Since that time, BDMI has continued to provide MEP engineering for tenant improvements in a variety of roles including direct consultant to the building management, direct consultant to a building tenant as well as the traditional role of MEP consultant to an architectural prime professional.
The primary tenant of the office tower is a major U.S. based international energy corporation that BDMI has provided such services for continuously since 1982. It is estimated that over the years BDMI has provided MEP design services for over 2.0 million square feet (and counting) as multiple tenant areas have been re-designed numerous times over the years to accommodate the changing needs of the various tenants. This includes ADA upgrades, conference centers, computing and data centers, executive suites, kitchen areas, public areas and general office areas.
