The project involved the addition of a new 344,000 square foot six story office building to a new corporate headquarters campus along Lake Woodlands, Texas.
The project was initially designed as shell space so that construction could begin as quickly as possible. As the needs of the tenant were finalized, they were incorporated into the design of tenant improvement plans and implemented with the construction activities.
New utilities were obtained from the local power company and a new central utilities plant was constructed to serve the facility as well as other Campus buildings.
