The project involved the addition of a new 20 story office building with an 8 level parking garage located adjacent to the building.
The office tower totaled approximately 450,000 square feet constructed under the high-rise building code and has a main lobby with water feature, fully automated energy management system and fully addressable fire alarm system.
New utilities were obtained from the local power company and a new central utilities plant was constructed to serve the facility. Tenant documentation was incorporated into the construction activities as the needs of the tenants were identified.
