The project involved the construction of a corporate office building and parking garage. The building consisted of 1.2 million square feet, 41 stories of high rise construction, including a water feature, main entrance lobby, energy management system and high rise fire alarm system.
The adjacent 1,000,000 square foot parking garage is 10 levels high and included a 50,000 square foot cafeteria with open dining, private dining and conferencing center on the top level. The project was first constructed as a shell building, and during the building shell construction activities detailed tenant construction documents were produced and incorporated into the construction efforts for the primary tenant/owner.
