Located in the heart of the Texas Medical Center, BDMI’s experience at the hospital campus includes projects at Clark Clinic, LeMaistre Clinic, Lutheran Hospital Pavilion, Bates-Freeman Building, Gimbel Building, Naomi Research Facility, Houston Main Building, Cancer Prevention Building, Rotary House International and the Jones Research Building. These projects include MEP infrastructure upgrades, MEP system assessments, code compliance assessments, a master specification update, oncology suite renovations, cafeteria renovations, patient care area renovations, laboratory suite renovations, radiology suite renovations, vivarium renovations, lighting system modifications, pharmacy area renovations, computer room and administrative area renovations.
