Acute Bed Tower

The project consisted of the addition of a new four story patient care facility of approximately 143,000 square feet to the hospital campus and backfill renovations of approximately 46,000 square feet to accommodate the new space planning requirements.  The new and renovated areas provide space for sixty-four new patient rooms, isolation rooms, an intensive care unit, endoscopy and fluoroscopy rooms, catherization laboratories, an operating room suite, pre-op holding area and recovery beds, along with their support needs. 

St. Joseph Manor and Outpatient Rehabilitation Center

The project consisted of the addition of a new 90,000 square foot 3 story Alzheimer patient care unit, an assisted living care unit, an intermediate nursing unit, and an outpatient rehabilitation and wellness center.  The facility also included a 10,000 square foot natatorium with a 6,800 square foot aqua therapy pool and spa area.  The first floor consisted of the outpatient Rehabilitation area with exam, treatment rooms, lab space and a therapy gym.  The second and third levels consisted of resident rooms and support.

Outpatient Rehabilitation Hospital

The project consisted of the addition of a new 83,000 square foot 3 story hospital facility.  The new facility provided space for physical therapy, occupational therapy, sports medicine unit, examination rooms, treatment rooms and their associated supporting functions.  The campus central plant was expanded with the addition of a 500 ton chiller and associated pumping system.
