Burns DeLatte & McCoy, Inc. offers comprehensive planning, assessment, design and construction administration services of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems (MEPF) engineering. Our demonstrated ability to utilize our in-house expertise in quality control from the earliest beginning development of a project to its successful fruition is the result of an iterative process developed over many years of experience. Experienced team members establish the concepts and study alternate schemes. Project Managers assure staffing needs are anticipated early to avoid mistakes inherent in rushed designs. Engineering calculations are confirmed at each stage of design, and are updated in detail as design progresses. Weekly in-house design and coordination meetings include periodic plotting of drawings for status updates. MEPF plans are coordinated with architectural plans, structural plans, civil plans and amongst themselves to minimize potential conflicts. Success depends upon the complement of all team members sharing coordination responsibilities in a positive, open way and thereby achieving satisfaction through the resultant constructibility.
